Product Details

Micronized PE Wax is made by air jet milling or spray chilling, and it can be widely used in industrial coating, wood coating, inks, which has average particle size in micrometer. It can improve surface properties, such as scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and matting.

Micronized pe wax acts like an "invisible shield" for material surfaces. We grind high-performance waxes (synthetic/plant-based) into powder finer than flour, then blend it into coatings, plastics, and cosmetics. It makes phone cases silkier to touch, floor paints more scratch-resistant, and lipsticks luxuriously matte—all by optimizing surface properties through ultra-fine wax particles.

Product Introduction

This product utilizes micron-scale wax particles (3-25μm) strategically distributed within material matrices to deliver:

- Surface enhancement: Significantly reduces friction coefficient (μ≤0.15) & improves scratch resistance (+300% wear cycles)

- Processing optimization: Lowers melt viscosity, shortening injection cycles (up to 18% efficiency gain)

- Optical control: Enables precision gloss adjustment
